Do I need to register to shop online?

Yes, you would need to register for an online account. Doing so keeps you updated with your order history and tracking information, as well as our newsletter and special promotions when they become available. We often have promotions that are specifically for “followers” and registered users.

I forgot my password. Can you help?

Click on the "FORGOT PASSWORD?" link on the "Sign In" page. We will then email you a link where you can reset a new password. You will be given three chances to enter the correct password, after which your profile will be locked. If this happens, you will need to contact us and we'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment may be made using your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card (that has been activated for online purchases) as well as Instant EFT. Take note that we do not accept Diners and American Express Cards.

Is it safe to shop on Jam Clothing website?

Absolutely! Jam Clothing uses Peach Payments which is developed with the same demands on security and performance as web sites used for banking services and share trading. Your account login, personal details, and all money transactions are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security encryption.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it at your nearest JAM clothing store for free (Conditions Apply). Returning or exchanging at a store will require you to provide proof of your purchase in the form of your order confirmation. We will replace it or refund your account, subject to the terms below. You can also return or exchange via courier at your own cost.  Please ensure you retain all packaging, and accessories to allow us in processing the return

You can return or exchange a product to us, provided: 

  • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached; 
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts;
  • you log a return on the Website within 14 days (or 7 days for products marked “Sale”) of delivery to you or collection by you. After 14 days (or 7 days for products marked “Sale”), you will not be eligible for returns.

Courier service: courier the parcel to us, the cost of the return or exchange is at your own cost.  Also, the delivery of your replaced garment is at your own cost, unless the garment has a manufacturing fault then the cost of the return will be billed to Jam Clothing SA. Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.  

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund your account with the purchase price of the product within 14 days of the return. Please bear in mind that refunds takes 10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories. Should we refuse a return, the customer is liable for arranging a courier to transport the item back and the courier cost.

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your exchange. Should the product not be in its original condition the customer is liable for arranging a courier to transport the item back and the courier cost.

Products not eligible for returns

The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit:

  • lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits or underwear;
  • jewellery for piercings;

      You may call our Online Support Centre on 031 3039670 who will oversee the refund process. Orders may only be refunded to the payment method they were purchased on.

       

      What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

      Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping location and shipping method. Delivery times are scheduled from Monday to Friday during business hours (8:00 – 5pm).

      How long does it take for me to get my order?

      ECONOMY: Your order will take between 4-7 working days* to get to you. You can track your order via email when your order has been received, when your order has been shipped and again when your order has reached the store you have selected, or when it has been delivered to your chosen address.

      CLICK & COLLECT:  Your order will take between 5-12 working days to arrive at the store of your choice. We will email you when your parcel arrives at the store and is ready for pick up. We will email you to remind you to collect your order if you have not collected it after 7 days, and again after 14 days. Orders not collected within 21 days will cancelled and put back into stock.

      Can I place an order online and pick up in-store?

      Yes, you can select the Click and Collect option during your ordering process online. You will have the ability to select the store which you would like your order delivered to you.       Can I send a family member or friend to collect my Click and Collect order from the store?

      Yes you may. Please be advised that this will be at your own risk and JAM Clothing will not be help responsible for any mishaps. The person collecting your parcel will be required to produce your order confirmation or order number as proof.

      I just placed an order; can I modify or cancel it?

      To request a modification or cancellation to your order, please email online@jamclothing.co.za as soon as possible. However, before contacting us, be advised that all orders placed for Marked Down Product” are final sale and not eligible for modification, cancellation, return or exchange once submitted.

      How can I determine my size in a garment?

      We try to give the best representation of sizing on our website as possible. Please refer to our sizing chart located on the right-hand column under the description of the item you are interested in. If you still have questions, you can always email online@jamclothing.co.za.
